80 Gr Flour (or 40 Gr White Flour + 40 Gr Oat Flour)
1 tsp Baking Powder
80 Gr Butter, melted and cooled
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt (Fleur de Sel is better)
120 Gr Fresh Blueberries
Preheat oven to 180°.
Sift the flour with the baking powder. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt. Add the melted butter, and then the dry ingredients. Mix quickly. Add the blueberries and the ground cinnamon. Grease and sprinkle with just a little flour a cake pan. Pour the batter into the pan. Sprinkle the cake with oats. Bake for about 35 minutes.
