White Chocolate, Raspberry Cake – Torta al Cioccolato Bianco e Lamponi
Music: Can’t Hurry Love, Diana Ross. Everybody knows that you can’t hurry love, you just have to wait. When you feel your strength is almost gone, this brownie-like cake will keep you hanging on.
200 gr white chocolate
200 gr butter
120 gr sugar
200 gr flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
150 gr puree raspberries
Melt chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat and stir until smooth. Place in a bowl with the sugar and the eggs, and whisk to combine. Add the flour, baking powder and whisk well but briefly. Pour into a greased tin, then place large spoonfuls of the puree raspberries on top of the mixture and, using a knife, swirl to partially combine. Bake in a 180° C oven for about 45/50 minutes.
