Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake – Mousse ai Tre Cioccolati

350 gr biscuits
50 gr Modica chocolate
80 gr butter, melted and cooled
500 ml heavy cream, whipped
500 gr dark chocolate, melted and cooled completely
Venchi cocoa powder
Place in a mixer the biscuits and the Modica chocolate and reduce to powder. Incorporate the melted butter, and then pour into a well greased pan, patting with the back of a spoon. Place in the freezer. After the melted chocolate has cooled, add some of it to the whipped cream, folding gently but quickly until all is incorporated. Finish with the rest of the chocolate. Spread the mousse over the base and refrigerate until set. Sprinkle with the cocoa powder just before serving.
