Coffee Gelee & Biscotti – Biscotti di Prato & Gelatina di Caffè
Music: Sunday Morning, Maroon 5. I love Sunday mornings – they’re so romantically lazy and slow. This unusual coffee makes them still better.
200 gr moka coffee
4 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp agar-agar
biscotti, Antonio Mattei
Bring to a boil the coffee and the sugar, then add the agar-agar. Pour into small glasses and place in the fridge.
