Toscano Black Tart – Crostata Toscano Black

Music: Iris, Goo Goo Dolls. I think Iris is one of the most romantic songs ever, the kind of song every girl would die for. It’s romantic in a lovely every-day-way and as intense as this tart. A perfect pick-me-up treat, while you’re waiting for the boy who’ll write such a song about you.

160 gr flour

20 gr Venchi cocoa powder

20 gr powder sugar

115 gr butter, cold and diced

1 yolk

2 Tsb water

1 pinch salt

210 gr Amedei Toscano Black chocolate

150 gr butter

90 gr moka coffee

40 gr sugar

2 eggs

Prepare the crust as usual, and refrigerate for one hour. Remove from the fridge, lay in a well-greased pan, and blind bake at 180° C for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, bring to a boil the coffee, the butter and the sugar, and then pour over the chocolate, letting rest for about 5 minutes. Whisk well until the chocolate mixture is smooth, and then add the eggs, beating after each one. Pour the chocolate mixture into the pre-baked crust and bake for another 10 minutes.

  1. ma è fantastica! *_* beato quel gattino!

le canzoni me le immagino proprio come sottofondo… tra l’altro, Iris e Sunday Morning dei Maroon5 sono tra le mie preferite..

bellissima la torta, ma certo la gelatina di caffé non è da meno, io vado per la seconda! 🙂
